Here is a description of the meaning of Taco Day (put on once a year by a co-worker of mine and her hubby) :
12 hours of Tacos...It's that time of year again - time for tacos, & lots of them. Help us make this annual experiment of community, hospitality, and generosity successful for yet another year.
